Full Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic Product Consultant responsible for championing brand presence, streamlining in-store administration, and driving high-volume sales through strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

In-Store Sales & Marketing: Proactively identifying opportunities to showcase products, engaging target audiences, and executing localized marketing tactics to increase brand awareness.
Drive Sell-Out: Accelerating product turnover by implementation of persuasive selling techniques, staff training, and strategic cross-selling.
Shelf Health: Ensuring optimal product visibility, maintaining meticulous merchandising standards, monitoring stock levels, and securing prime shelf real estate.
Implementation of Promotions: Seamlessly launching promotional campaigns, setting up point-of-sale displays, and tracking performance to ensure maximum ROI.
Customer Satisfaction & Service: Acting as the face of the brand to resolve inquiries, provide expert product knowledge, and build lasting customer loyalty.
Administration: Managing accurate inventory reporting, tracking sales data, and providing actionable feedback to management to streamline operations.

Education: Diploma or equivalent NQF Level 5 qualification.
Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a retail or corporate sales environment.
Core Capabilities: Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of fundamental marketing principles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in the MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general computer literacy.
Key Competencies: * Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven customer service excellence and relationship management.
- Strong administrative tracking and organizational skills.
