About the role
In this role, you will support fragrance development through technical expertise, ensuring high-quality application, compounding, and laboratory operations across product categories. Specifically, you will:
- Support the development, evaluation, and application of fragrance compounds across all product categories
- Ensure optimal olfactive performance, stability, and compliance with customer and market requirements
- Bridge fragrance creation and product application through laboratory testing, technical analysis, and cross-functional collaboration
- Compound fragrance samples for customer submissions within the SSA region based on project briefs and FRA proposals
- Provide application and compounding support to Key Account Managers (KAMs) and clients
- Manage the compounding station as a core part of laboratory operations
- Ensure accuracy, efficiency, and high-quality output in all compounding and laboratory activities
- Support day-to-day laboratory operations, including raw materials, packaging, and general organization
About you
- Detail-oriented and hands-on laboratory professional with experience in fragrance compounding or a related field
- High level of accuracy, precision, and discipline in daily work
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, project-driven environment
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills, including raw material handling and stock control
- Familiar with IMS standards, audit requirements, and quality procedures
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as PACE is an advantage
- Able to follow formulas, procedures, and technical instructions with consistency and accuracy
- Strong team player with the ability to collaborate across functions
- Capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
- Proactive, reliable, and committed to maintaining laboratory excellence
