Full Job Description

Client Liaison Officer

We are seeking a proactive, professional, and customer-focused Client Liaison Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, solutions-driven, and committed to delivering exceptional client experiences. This role requires an individual who can build strong relationships, effectively manage client expectations, and act as a trusted link between clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to enquiries, requests, and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and objectives.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Communicate client requirements, feedback, and expectations to relevant stakeholders within the organisation.
Monitor client accounts and maintain regular communication to ensure continued engagement and retention.
Identify opportunities to introduce additional products or services that may benefit existing clients.
Support the onboarding of new clients and facilitate a smooth transition into ongoing account management.
Track key account performance metrics and provide updates where required.
Resolve client concerns efficiently while maintaining positive professional relationships.
Contribute to continuous improvements in client service processes and customer experience initiatives.

Requirements:

· Minimum of 1 year of client liaison, customer service, account management, or related experience (preferred).

· Proven experience in a client-facing role within a professional environment.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.

· Strong organisational and time-management abilities with exceptional attention to detail.

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.

· Adaptable, flexible, and capable of responding to changing client needs.

· Understanding of sales principles and customer retention strategies will be advantageous.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00

Remuneration:

Salary Range: R6,000 – R14,000 per month (depending on experience, skills, and performance).

Pay: R6 000,00 - R14 000,00 per month
