We are seeking experienced and qualified Bricklayers to join our team for upcoming projects.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) Certificate.
- Trade Test Certificate as a Qualified Bricklayer.
- Minimum 3 years' proven experience as a bricklayer in construction, industrial, commercial, or civil projects.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Experience with brickwork, blockwork, plastering, and concrete structures.
- Knowledge of health and safety requirements on construction sites.
- Physically fit and able to work in demanding site conditions.
- Valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
- Lay bricks, blocks, and other masonry materials according to drawings and specifications.
- Construct and repair walls, foundations, partitions, and other masonry structures.
- Measure, cut, and shape building materials accurately.
- Mix mortar and ensure quality workmanship.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Ensure all work complies with quality, safety, and project standards.
- Work effectively as part of a construction team to meet project deadlines.
