Scope: We are looking for a TEMP receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.

Qualifications and work experience :

Grade 12
3 - 4 years’ experience as a Receptionist
Multitasking and time-management skills with ability to prioritize tasks.
Must be able to speak English Fluently

Roles and Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at reception.
Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
Answer, screen, and correctly forward incoming phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
Provide basic and accurate information whether in person or via telephone.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook)
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as sending updated telephone list and photocopying.
