We’re looking for a qualified Audiologist to join a growing private hearing care practice focused on diagnostics, rehabilitation, and long-term patient care. This role suits someone with at least 1 year of clinical experience who wants to build strong hands-on expertise in a structured environment.
Key Responsibilities
You will work across a mix of diagnostic and rehabilitative audiology services, including:
- Full diagnostic hearing assessments (pure tone audiometry, speech testing, tympanometry)
- Hearing aid fittings, programming, and fine-tuning
- Patient counselling for hearing loss, tinnitus, and device adaptation
- Follow-up consultations and long-term patient management
- Basic vestibular screening where required
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and reports
- Liaising with ENT specialists and referring doctors
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Audiology (or equivalent HPCSA-recognised qualification)
- Registered with HPCSA (or eligible for registration)
- Minimum 1 year clinical experience in audiology
- Comfortable working independently in clinic settings
- Strong communication skills with a patient-focused approach
- Valid driver’s licence preferred (for outreach clinics)
Bonus Skills (Not Required but Advantageous)
- Experience with hearing aid programming and major brands (Phonak, Oticon, Widex, etc.)
- Tinnitus management exposure
- Pediatric audiology exposure

Work Environment

Pay: R26 000,00 - R30 000,00 per month
