Geldhof Chocolatier is a premium South African chocolate manufacturer, crafting handcrafted chocolates for customers across JHB, CPT, and DBN. We are looking for an organised, proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support the day-to-day running of our operations and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play an integral role in supporting our daily operations by:

Processing and managing customer orders.
Coordinating production schedules to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
Liaising with production, retail and management.
Coordinating customer collections, deliveries and courier dispatches.
Maintaining accurate records relating to customer orders, production and operational activities.
Assisting with cashbook administration, petty cash and daily reconciliations.
Supporting basic financial administration and record keeping in support of the bookkeeper.
Preparing staff schedules and assisting with leave and attendance administration.
Monitoring operational workflows to help ensure departments remain organised and efficient.
Assisting with stock movement and operational coordination.
Providing general administrative and operational support to management as required.

Requirements

Previous experience in an administration, operations or office coordination role.
Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Professional, dependable and proactive work ethic.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

Desirable

Proficiency in MacOS preferred.
Experience in a manufacturing, retail, logistics or production environment.
Experience with stock control or order processing.
Basic bookkeeping or financial administration experience.
