Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Matric or Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Atleast 3 years experience: Proven track record in site supervision or construction management.
- Technical knowledge: Strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Leadership skills: Ability to manage diverse teams and foster collaboration.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-solving: Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- SHEQ : HIRA Legal Liability Training Certificate
Key Responsibilities
- Project oversight: Supervise all on-site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and specifications.
- Team management: Lead and motivate site workers, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project goals.
- Safety compliance: Enforce health and safety standards, conduct regular inspections, and address hazards promptly.
- Quality assurance: Monitor workmanship and materials to meet required standards.
- Resource coordination: Manage equipment, tools, and materials to optimize efficiency and minimize waste.
- Reporting: Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and incident documentation for management.
- Problem-solving: Resolve conflicts, delays, or technical issues that arise during site operations.
