Full Job Description

Introduction

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Credit Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling the full debtors function including debt collection.

The ideal candidate should be able to work independently, meet deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Duties & Responsibilities

Prepare and process customer invoices accurately and timeously
Maintain and update invoicing and account records
Reconcile customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices
Handle billing queries and liaise with clients professionally
Work closely with internal departments regarding invoicing matters
Assist with basic financial and administrative reporting
Ensure all documentation is filed and maintained correctly
Support the accounts and administration department with daily tasks
Following up on outstanding accounts

Desired Experience & Qualification

Previous experience in debtors accounts administration, or a similar role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Computer literate (MS Office essential)
Proficient in English & Afrikaans (speak, write & read)
Experience with accounting software will be advantageous
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Good communication and organisational skills
Professional and reliable work ethic

Pay: R15 000,00 - R20 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
