Full Job Description

Purpose:
Maintain, and continually improve an ISO-aligned QMS (ISO 13485,9001; exposure to ISO 14001/45001), ensuring compliance, customer focus, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
QMS ownership: maintain the ISO-accredited QMS; report performance/improvement to management; champion client requirements and a quality culture.

Audit & compliance:
Plan/lead internal & external audits; ensure readiness; liaise with certification bodies/regulators; control all quality documents.

QA/QC:
Ensure products/services meet customer & regulatory requirements; monitor/reassess suppliers; manage client surveys & complaints to effective closure.

Performance & reporting:
Define KPIs/metrics; maintain dashboards; prepare Management Review packs and track actions to closure.
CAPA, risk & CI: Lead NCR investigations, root-cause & CAPA; run corrective/preventive/improvement systems and verify effectiveness; manage quality-related risks and change control; drive CI (Lean/Six Sigma).

Qualifications & Experience:
Diploma /Bachelor’s in Quality/Engineering (or equivalent experience).
ISO Lead Auditor (e.g., ISO 9001).
5+ years in quality management with proven ISO accreditation experience.
Strong analytical, communication, leadership skills; proficient with QMS/e-DMS & MS Office/Google Workspace.

Nice to Have:
ISO 14001/45001 exposure; supplier quality background; BI reporting (Power BI/Looker); Lean/Six Sigma Green Belt (or similar).
Competencies
Detail-driven, structured, persuasive stakeholder manager; strong problem-solver (5 Whys, Ishikawa); delivers under audit/ops deadlines; CI change agent.
KPIs
Audit findings & on-time closure; CAPA effectiveness (recurrence/lead time); document control accuracy/timeliness; customer metrics (complaints, response/closure, surveys); supplier OTIF/defects/re-approval; completion/effectiveness of Management Reviews.
