ASI Financial Services is looking for an experienced Actuarial Manager to lead actuarial insight, modelling, governance and decision support across healthcare, employee benefits and related advisory areas. - Translate actuarial findings into clear, commercially relevant insights for clients, consultants and executives
- Support new business, tenders, renewals and retention initiatives with actuarial insight and evidence-based value propositions
- Strengthen actuarial governance through peer review, model validation, documentation, audit trails and alignment with professional standards
- Embed GRC, cyber resilience and information security considerations into actuarial processes
- Manage, mentor and develop actuarial analysts — including work allocation, quality review, coaching and performance feedback
- Identify and implement automation opportunities using Power Automate, Power Apps, Python and Copilot Premium
- Contribute to the drafting and maintenance of actuarial, data governance and operational resilience policies
