We are seeking a dynamic, professional, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our hotel and assist management in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Minimum Requirements
- Hospitality Management Tertiary Qualification/s or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in a leadership or management role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and hotel reservation systems/software
- Excellent coordination, organizational, and customer service skills
- Proven experience in Culinary and Housekeeping Management
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational support to Hotel Management
- Supervise and manage hotel staff
- Coordinate Culinary and Housekeeping services
- Ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and customer service
- Assist in maintaining efficient daily hotel operations
- Support the implementation of hotel policies and procedures
