Are you an IT graduate looking for an opportunity to gain practical, industry-based work experience?
Luphindi Business Solutions is inviting unemployed IT graduates to apply for our 12-month Internship Programme, where successful candidates will be placed with one of our partner IT companies in Johannesburg.
The programme is designed to provide graduates with practical workplace exposure aligned to their qualifications and help them take the first step towards building their careers in technology.
INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Applications are open for the following streams:
Business Analyst Intern
Gain exposure to business process analysis, requirements gathering, requirements documentation, stakeholder engagement and solution delivery.
Software Developer Intern
Gain practical experience within software development teams and participate in the development, testing and implementation of technology solutions.
Data Science Intern
Gain exposure to data analysis, data management, reporting and the use of data to support business and technology decision-making.
Desktop Support Intern
Develop practical skills in end-user support, hardware and software troubleshooting, installations and general IT technical support.
Networks & Cabling Intern
Gain practical exposure to network infrastructure, connectivity, network support, cabling and related IT infrastructure activities.

Location: Johannesburg, Gauteng
Programme Coordination: Bryanston, Johannesburg
Start: September 2026 / Immediately
Duration: 12 Months
Monthly Stipend: Yes
Experience Required: None – Graduate Programme
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Applicants must:
- Have completed a relevant IT Degree or Diploma
- Be interested in developing a career within the technology industry
- Be available to participate in the programme for the full 12-month period
- Be willing to work at a partner company based in Johannesburg
- Be committed to learning and gaining practical workplace experience
