The Mission: You are the visual engine of the pod. You handle everything from high-end camera setups to rapid-fire mobile content creation, turning brand concepts into scroll-stopping visual assets.
- What You'll Do:
- Direct, shoot, and capture both cinematic video and crisp commercial photography.
- Produce high-retention short-form content (TikTok/Reels format) on the fly.
- Maintain the visual identity and aesthetic standard across all dedicated client accounts.
- Requirements:
- A versatile portfolio proving you can shoot both high-end camera footage and quick, highly engaging mobile video.
- Strong understanding of modern social media visual pacing, framing, and basic editing.
- Ownership mindset—ready to jump on set and own the look of a brand.
