Full Job Description

Duties:

Inter Alia for Rhael Industries and associated companies:

Debtor and Creditors Clerk position for Rhael Industries and Sister Company, Numi Consulting.

- Processing of delivery notes, invoices and matching the PODs on IQ Retail;

- Calculate weights on the delivery notes for load planning;

- Capture payments and generate debtors and creditors age analysis and submit to CGIC;

- Generate monthly customer statements;

- Follow-up with non-paying customers

- Keep track of outstanding and short delivered orders;

- Reconcile local and international supplier statements, requesting copy invoices and resolving any issues. Including raising debit notes where necessary;

- Reconcile customer statements and raise credit notes where necessary;

- Set-up and maintain accounting software system and create reports when required;

- Monitor and processing CGIC credit applications and limits against customer statements;

- Assisting the Company Accountant in the preparation of monthly financial information such as entering journals to IQ Retal, identifying and creating a schedule of invoices to be prepaid;

- Issuing, recording & reconciling petty cash;

- The recording & payment of employee expenses;

- Communicate load plans to transporters and ensure rates are secured and POD’s sent per delivery note;

- Inventory control, ensuring correct pricing is recorded and GRV stock correctly;

- Ensure stock quantities are correct on the system and match the physical stock count at the warehouse;

- Managing sales staff queries and processing their administrative work and keeping track of their sales numbers;

- Providing confidential support to Directors and the Management Team where needed;

- Dealing with customer queries through emails and phone calls;

- General administrative work such as creating documents, Canva pictures, reports filing, printing, taking meeting minutes and summarizing documentation;

- Executive Assistant work for CEO and Partners;

- Booking of flights, sending daily reminders, setting up meetings, managing the office environment and other EA duties.

SKILLS:

- Accounting software (ERP Go - IQ Retail)

- Excel

- Attention to detail

- Strong Accounting acumen

- Strong communication skills

- Can work under pressure

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month

Experience:

Accounting software: 3 years (Required)
Steel Industry: 2 years (Preferred)
Debtor/Creditor Clerk: 5 years (Required)
