Step Into a Role That Makes an Impact! We’re seeking a Senior SAP Integration Developer to drive success at AVI IT Shared Services Division at our offices in Waterfront, Cape Town or our Head Office in Bryanston, Johannesburg. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining SAP ERP solutions that support critical business operations. From enhancing standard SAP functionality and developing custom add-ons to enabling seamless system integrations, EDI solutions, printer technologies, and web-based front ends, you'll play a key role in driving innovation and operational excellence across the business.

What It Takes to Succeed:
Experience that set you up for success:
- 10 to 12 years’ experience

General knowledge of SAP back-end modules and processes (including HR, FI, MM, SD, PM), including Retail
-
ABAP, including OO, Function Modules, ALE/Idocs, Dynpro, Reports, Forms, the SAP Enhancement Framework and SAP Workflow
-
Object-oriented programming concepts

Knowledge of “Standard” Web Technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, the DOM(Document Object Model) IE, Chrome, and how to make use of the Consoles and debugging tools within the various browsers)

Knowledge of ERP concepts, Knowledge of User Experience Theory

Non ERP SAP Systems (PORTAL/GRC/SOLMAN)

IDOC/ALE config, distribution, SAP PO/PI/CPI directory (FILE, IDOC, JDBC, RFC, XI, SOAP, J2SE, AS2, SFTP Adapters)

Qualifications & Certifications that will contribute to your success:

A Degree/Diploma in Information Technology or equivalent is required.
