Full Job Description

As ENCONA expands globally, we are seeking a dedicated, highly skilled EOS Administrator to join our growing team. This pivotal role is responsible for facilitating global training and operations administration, serving as a primary point of contact for our Global Network Partners and event attendees.

Additionally, you will oversee core office administration and support our regional induction and onboarding programmes. We are looking for a self-motivated professional eager to drive operational success and contribute to our ongoing organizational growth.

Key Responsibilities

Training & Event Administration: Facilitate, coordinate, and administer the setup and delivery of online training events.
Stakeholder Support: Serve as a professional point of contact for Global Network Partners and event attendees, ensuring a seamless experience.
Office & Operations Management: Oversee daily office administrative workflows to maximize efficiency
Onboarding & Induction: Support the execution of employee induction and onboarding programmes across all regions.
Compliance & Quality Control: Uphold operational quality frameworks, manage documentation, and identify areas for continuous improvement.
Time Management: Prioritize tasks independently to meet strict project milestones and daily timelines without constant supervision.

Requirements & Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years uninterrupted experience in a dedicated corporate administrative capacity.
Education: Matric with Computer Applications Technology (CAT) or a relevant End-User Computing certificate.
Linguistic Skills: Exceptional command of the English language, flawless written business communication and articulate verbal skills.
Technical Proficiency: High-level digital literacy with an advanced command of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), database management, and modern digital workflows.
Quality Frameworks: Working knowledge of ISO 9001 principles, quality compliance, continuous improvement methodologies, and corrective action procedures.
Soft Skills: Proven problem-solving capabilities, strong customer relationship management skills, and an innate drive for service excellence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: R10 000,00 - R12 000,00 per month
