We are looking for Field Service Technicians to join a dynamic technical support team providing onsite installation, maintenance, and support for technology and payment solutions across South Africa.

Key Responsibilities
Onsite Technical Support
- Conduct site inspections and assess installation readiness.
- Install, configure, and commission hardware and technology solutions.
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on customer sites.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues within agreed service levels.
- Train customers on the use of installed solutions.
- Escalate complex technical issues where required.
- Identify recurring faults and provide feedback to improve service delivery.
Service Delivery
- Meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Prioritise and manage multiple service requests effectively.
- Provide professional, customer-focused technical support.
Administration
- Complete accurate service reports and job documentation.
- Update service requests and job statuses using mobile service applications.
- Attend meetings and complete required operational reporting.
Stock & Asset Management
- Maintain accurate vehicle stock levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts.
- Manage faulty equipment returns in line with company procedures.
Health & Safety
- Adhere to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Ensure PPE is maintained and used correctly.
- Complete required safety inspections and reporting.
Vehicle Management
- Conduct daily vehicle safety inspections.
- Maintain company vehicles in accordance with company policies and road regulations.
- Plan travel efficiently to support customer requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- IT-related Diploma or Degree (preferred)
- A+ and N+ Certifications or other relevant technical certifications will be advantageous.
Experience
- 1–3 years' experience in an IT technical support or field service environment.
- Experience with POS systems, payment solutions, networking, or related technologies is advantageous.
- Valid driver's licence with the ability to travel extensively.
