Full Job Description

The new employee will be responsible for:

Providing first- and second-line IT support to employees.
Managing IT incidents and service requests through the ticketing system.
Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting hardware and software.
Supporting user account management (Active Directory, VPN, etc.).
Assisting with laptop provisioning and asset management.
Supporting network, printer, and peripheral issues.
Escalating complex issues to the appropriate IT teams.
Creating and maintaining IT documentation and user guides.
Provide on-site IT support for employees (Windows laptops, printers, network access).
Active Directory (user creation, password reset, group membership.
Google Workspace (email setup, account access, group management).
Software installation and troubleshooting.
Antivirus administration (Kaspersky).
Basic network troubleshooting (LAN, DHCP, Wi-Fi connectivity).
Ticket handling via Jira Service Desk.
Escalation of complex issues to Global IT team.
Basic support for CCTV systems.

Technical Requirements Good knowledge of:

Windows 10/11 administration.
Active Directory administration.
Google Workspace administration.
Understanding of: TCP/IP fundamentals.
DHCP / DNS basics.
OSI model (basic level).
LAN/Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
Information security basic principles.
Experience with ticketing systems (Jira preferred).
Basic Linux knowledge.
Soft Skills.
Strong communication skills (fluent in English).
Customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload.
Calm under pressure.
Team player.
Self-motivated and proactive.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in IT Help Desk or Desktop Support.
Knowledge of Windows, Active Directory, and networking fundamentals.
Familiarity with ticketing systems such as Jira or Service Desk.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate with international teams.
Degree or HND related to Information technology.
Professional IT certification will be an advantage.
