Your Main Tasks
- Provide Compliance support to responsAbility headquartered in Zurich.

Advise business and project teams regarding all Compliance topics such as, Code of Conduct, Conflict of Interest, ABC, Data Protection.

Advise on distribution compliance regarding marketing and sales activities of financial products.

Draft and revise tailored policies, guidelines and processes to implement relevant regulations within the responsAbility Group.

Assist in maintaining and further developing the overall legal and compliance framework.

Support quarterly Compliance risk assessment and reporting to the Head of Legal and Compliance and Management.

Prepare and support Regulatory Audit Processes.

Support Compliance reporting to authorities and maintain investment related product registration.

Support the regulatory development / horizon‑scanning process and contribute to the maintenance of the responsAbility subsidiary network.
Your Experience and Skills
- +3 years of relevant experience in a Compliance function in the financial sector as well as degree in law or economics or a similar qualification

Knowledge of the regulatory environment for financial markets

Knowledge of compliance topics, including data protection, conflicts of interest, , regulatory change implementation, country risk assessments and monitoring, whistleblowing and complaints, confidentiality and anti-bribery/corruption

Ability to draft statements, internal policies and procedures and provide trainings in English and German, other languages would be a plus

Client oriented with focus on continuous improvement; high degree of initiative, reliability and ability to work in a team and with different cultures; motivated and able to work with different cultures in an international working environment through different locations

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
