Full Job Description

Role Overview

Sundae Best is looking for a Brand Assistant to support the marketing and brand team across all

areas of the business.

This is a hands-on role for someone who wants to be involved in building a fashion brand from the

inside. You will assist with campaigns, photoshoots, PR, packaging, content creation, and daily brand execution.

This role is fast-paced and requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take

initiative.

Key Responsibilities

PR & Influencer Coordination

Assist with building and maintaining influencer lists

Prepare and coordinate PR packages

Follow up with influencers on content delivery

Track PR sends and performance

Campaign & Photoshoot Support

Assist with shoot planning and logistics

Coordinate model bookings, call times, and confirmations

Support with fittings, schedules, and shoot-day organisation

Source props, locations, and creative elements

Content Creation & Support

Capture content using a phone (behind-the-scenes, product, lifestyle)

Film simple TikTok and Instagram content

Support execution of content ideas and trends

Packaging & Brand Support

Assist with packaging execution and supplier coordination

Support improvements to unboxing experience

Coordination & Admin

Track samples, PR items, and campaign materials

Maintain organised records and trackers

Assist with general coordination across marketing activities

Requirements

26 years and older
Strong interest in fashion, activewear, and social media
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and follow-up skills
Comfortable capturing content using a mobile device
Proactive and willing to learn
