Full Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Training Officer to join our team and report to the Learning and Development Specialist . The Training Officer will be responsible for coordinating and delivering training programs to employees across the organization, ensuring compliance with industry standards and requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement training programs for employees at all levels within the organization

· Coordinate training schedules and venues, ensuring all employees have access to necessary training

· Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvements

· Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

· Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and develop tailored programs to address them

· Provide guidance and support to employees throughout the training process

· Maintain accurate records of training activities, attendance, and results

· Stay current on industry trends and best practices in training and development

Requirements:

· Tertiary qualification in Training and Development, or a related field

· Minimum 3 years of experience in training and development.

· Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels within the organization

· Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and other relevant software programs

Pay: R8 500,00 - R10 000,00 per month

Education:

Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

training facilitator: 2 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
