Full Job Description

Job Title: Junior Estimator & Drafter

Location: Verulam

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dynamic support and shadowing role. This position offers an excellent entry-level opportunity to work closely with our core team. You will learn foundational operational processes while assisting with daily administrative, manufacturing, and technical tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Daily Operations: Assist with day-to-day office, administrative, and operational duties. Data Management: Support data capturing, reporting, and file management.
Technical Support: Learn and assist with technical drawing and project-related tasks.
Quality Control: Maintain accurate records with exceptional attention to detail. Collaboration: Follow professional instructions and collaborate effectively with team members.

Minimum Requirements

Computer Literacy: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and Word.
Analytical Skills: Strong numerical capability and problem-solving skills. Soft Skills: Clear communication abilities and a strong willingness to learn.
Work Ethic: Highly organized, reliable, and able to work independently or in a team.

Advantageous Skills (Not Mandatory)

Foundational knowledge or hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D and/or 3D.
Previous exposure to technical, engineering, or fast-paced administrative environments.
Salary will be market-related according to experience.

You are eager to learn, highly reliable, and professional. You adapt quickly to a fast-paced manufacturing environment and bring an enthusiastic attitude to the team. Candidate should have previous Shutter experience.
