Minimum Salary:
R338 106 – R398 277 per annum plus benefits.

Minimum Requirements

A National Senior Certificate (Matric)/NC(V) level 4;
National Diploma/Degree in Psychology/Social Science or related qualifications;
A minimum of one to two (1-2) years relevant experience in Career Guidance, Counselling & Administration environment and:
A Driver's Licence will be an added advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities

Oversee the career guidance and testing of prospective students (in collaboration with the registration unit);
Provide career guidance, counselling and academic support for students;
Provide student counselling or referral services;
Render career exhibition services;
Develop and implement programmes to coach, mentor and develop student job readiness:
Facilitate the placement of students;
Conduct job readiness training programmes;
Maintenance of employer and student placement database;
Develop quality electronic report and statistics;
Monitoring and evaluation of work placement practices;
The incumbent will be responsible for: Provide student support services;
Implement student work placement and Work Integrated Learning (WIL) policies;
Implement the sport, recreation, arts and culture programs for students in the campus;
Facilitate student governance and student leadership development and exit support programme;
Render administration services.

Date of Commencement

As soon as possible.
