Experienced Site Manager / Supervisor – Nutec Housing Construction Company: Greenblock Construction Position Type: Full-Time Location: Various project sites in South Africa About the Position Greenblock Construction is seeking an experienced Site Manager / Supervisor to oversee the construction of Nutec houses. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, supervising workers, ensuring quality workmanship, maintaining safety standards, and keeping projects on schedule.

Requirements: Proven experience supervising or managing residential construction projects. Experience with Nutec house construction is essential. Ability to read and interpret building plans. Abillity to read and write in Afrikaans and English. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage labour teams and subcontractors. Knowledge of construction quality control and health & safety requirements. Valid driver’s licence preferred. Reliable, disciplined, and able to work independently. Responsibilities Daily supervision of construction activities. Ensuring work is completed according to plans and specifications. Managing site labour and subcontractors. Monitoring quality and workmanship. Ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Reporting progress, material requirements, and site issues to management. Maintaining project timelines and productivity targets. Accommodation & Work Schedule Accommodation will be provided in a site camp. The successful candidate will be required to stay on site during the work cycle and may return home every 4 weeks according to the company work schedule. Salary Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.
