Full Job Description

Planning and overseeing operational projects;
Organizing tools, plant, machinery and materials;
In-field supervising and managing construction activities;
Identifying materials and equipment that may be required;
Ensuring construction is carried out accurately, following plans and specifications;
Productivity and cost monitoring on a daily basis;
Ensuring that quality of work and materials comply with specifications;
Consistently complying with all company policies and procedures;
Must have good personnel relations; & safety working practice;
Must be able to adhere and enforce site safety rules & regulations on all personnel;
Ensure all contractor activities adhere to the construction schedule, timely placement of materials and working of material within the scope of the construction design;
Must have the ability to read, understand and organize construction Plans and Specifications;
Able to manage resources to obtain maximum production;
Strong understanding of Construction ,Drywall , Ceiling systems, equipment, and procedures;
Computer literate on MS Office;
Medically fit;
Must be able to compile and follow Microsoft projects professional program;
Fluent in English ;
Hardworking and trustworthy;
Must be presentable.
Matric;
Age:34 years +
Minimum 5 years experience in construction/property maintenance
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with the management of small teams essential.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and discipline team members when necessary.
Job coordination and planning experience.
Understanding of maintenance management systems and record-keeping practices.
Strong fault-finding skills with the ability to effectively use resources independently.
Occasional after-hours work will be required during major projects

Pay: From R15 000,00 per month

Work Location: In person
