A fast-growing group of companies is seeking a highly capable, commercially strong individual to work directly alongside the CEO.
This is a high-responsibility execution role, not an administrative or junior position.
You will operate as the CEO’s right hand, helping to:
- Launch new businesses and projects
- Scale existing companies
- Manage operations, finance, and execution across the group
You will also represent the group in meetings and will be expected to drive outcomes independently.
Ensure all business units are structured, operating efficiently, and progressing daily through strong execution, financial discipline, and scalable systems.

Key Responsibilities
Operations & Execution
- Oversee execution across multiple companies
- Track all active projects and ensure delivery
- Identify bottlenecks and resolve operational issues
- Ensure alignment across teams and functions
Finance & Performance Oversight
- Monitor cash flow, invoices, payments, and obligations
- Track profitability across business units
- Ensure financial discipline and reporting accuracy
- Flag financial risks and inefficiencies
Team & Staff Coordination
- Coordinate internal teams and external partners
- Assign tasks and ensure accountability
- Follow up until outcomes are achieved
- Maintain clear communication across all stakeholders
Meetings & Representation
- Attend and lead meetings on behalf of the CEO/group
- Engage with suppliers, partners, and clients
- Drive meetings toward clear outcomes
- Ensure all agreements are followed through
Systems & Scaling
- Build and improve internal systems and processes
- Create structure across operations, reporting, and execution
- Standardise workflows across companies
- Support scaling of the group
New Business & Growth
- Work directly with the CEO on launching new businesses and initiatives
- Assist in evaluating opportunities and execution plans
- Turn strategic ideas into structured, executable projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Science, Management, or similar
- 2–5 years’ experience in operations, finance, consulting, or business roles
- Strong financial and commercial understanding
- Strong business judgment and problem-solving ability
- High level of organisation and structured thinking
- Strong communication and leadership ability
- Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Able to operate independently and take ownership
