A Sales Advisor is a key role in the institution that will be responsible for brand awareness, marketing, lead generation and sales, with specific reference to converted registrations in both the build up to and during peak registration season. A prospective candidate needs to be able to demonstrate experience, strong relationships, and success in this role.
Roles and Responsibilities:
· Hold strong relationships with regional schools and key stakeholders Life Orientation teacher, principals, and district managers.
· Ability to continue to build new relationships where a relationship doesn’t exist.
· Setting appointments with the schools to ensure you meet face to face with grade 10’s, 11’s and 12’s.
· Able to effectively deliver a captivating presentation at schools that will drive strong interest in the institution.
· Attend career expos.
· Planning and organizing open day at campus.
· Planning and attending mall activations.
· Generate sales through telephonic consultation and face-to face consultation.
· Conduct interviews with potential students.
· Record prospective student details from each enquiry on CRM.
· Continually update CRM based on lead interest and commitment.
· Manage communication to leads which will include:
· Sending out SMS’s to lead databases
· Email information to lead databases
· Conduct follow-up interviews with students
· Carry out accurate and efficient sales related administration.
· Capture application and enrolment information on ERP system.
· Able to send daily, weekly & monthly reports to management showing productivity upcoming tasks and activities.
· Achieve and exceed Sales targets
· Schools marketing and database collect targets
Pay: From R7 500,00 per month
