Job Title: SAP Coordinator – Bulk Material Handling, Cape Town, South Africa
We are looking for a SAP Coordinator to join our Bulk Material Handling team, based in Cape Town. In this role, you will be responsible for the management and execution of all Services related administration functions ensuring all transactions are properly executed to enable effective service delivery, monitoring proper performance and profitability of the contract and ultimately improving the customer satisfaction.
You will report to the Field Service Manager .

You will be part of a multidisciplinary project team focused on bulk material handling infrastructure in South Africa. In this role, you will collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Compliance, and Client representatives, to ensure quality standards are upheld across all phases of project delivery
What you’ll do
Develop and execute Service Admin Delivery Strategy aligned with Regional Sales.
Identify, clarify and enforce all administration functions to support LCS & PSE service delivery in Bulk Hub Africa.
Implement best practices for the administration of contracts, including but not limited to purchasing non-standard services, consumables and spares, arranging logistics for Services personnel and facilitating HR related functions like time keeping and leave processing.
Establish & implement a communication plan with Bulk Hub LCS/PSE managers for monthly reviews.
Manages improvement projects / tasks to optimise administration processes and improve service delivery.
Works closely with the SAM, Field Service Manager and Life Cycle Services teams to monitor contract performance vs. budget, billing accuracy, and financial results on all service activities.
Establish and maintain a good company image by ensuring all regional personnel provide exceptional service, a professional business attitude and up-to-date admin process knowledge.
All administrators report to the Administration Coordinator.
Who you are
Matric (Grade 12)
SAP knowledge and experience
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in heavy industry, preferably with bulk material handling equipment, maintenance or resource planning.
Experience with planning principals’ software programs and maintenance execution in a field service environment.
Experience working in a customer-focused and fast-paced professional environment.
Strong interpersonal, leadership and administrative skills.
Good analytical skills able to convert raw data into communicable reporting.
Willing to actively engage in problem solving.
Ability to effectively communicate defined reliability guidelines to the customers
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Project, Word and PowerPoint would be beneficial
Collaborative individual capable of working well with internal and external interfaces
