About You

You're naturally curious, ridiculously organised (or at least know where your to-do list is), and excited to learn how great deals make their way onto South Africa’s biggest daily deals site. You love discovering new products, can juggle a few tasks without causing a small disaster, and aren't afraid to roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. In return, you'll get real hands-on experience, mentorship from our Procurement team, and a front-row seat to the fast-paced world of ecommerce—where no two days are quite the same.

Responsibilities:

Support the Procurement team in maintaining relationships between procurement and other departments.
Assist with placing orders and tracking deliveries to ensure products arrive on time.
Communicate with suppliers and internal teams to keep information current and accurate.
Help test and evaluate new products, ensuring they meet OneDayOnly’s quality standards.
Perform general administrative duties such as updating databases, organizing samples, and managing procurement documentation.
Collaborate closely with the team, contributing ideas and helping to streamline processes, but also show initiative when working independently.

Experience and Qualifications:

A Degree or Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business, Retail, or a related field (beneficial).
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills.
A proactive, problem-solving mindset and eagerness to learn.
Comfortable using Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting.
A genuine interest in retail, ecommerce, and product sourcing.
