Full Job Description

Position: Junior CRM Support Coordinator

Location: Sea Point, Cape Town

Salary: R8500 per month

Full Time, In Person/In Office

About the Role:

Networking Mania is looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy CRM Support Coordinator to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for someone who is fast and efficient on a computer, comfortable multitasking under pressure, and confident communicating with clients and team members. The successful candidate must be adaptable to rotational shifts and be comfortable working evenings and night shifts.

Working Hours:

Rotational shifts:

06:00 AM - 14:00 PM
10:00 AM - 18:00 PM
14:00 PM – 22:00 PM
18:00 PM – 02:00 AM

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
Plus one weekend shift
6-day working week

Duties & Responsibilities:

Manage and update CRM systems accurately and efficiently
Capture, organize, and maintain client information and records
Monitor incoming leads, tasks, and support requests
Assist with client communication and follow-ups
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and task completion
Perform basic reporting and data tracking using Excel
Troubleshoot minor system or user issues where possible
Ensure all tasks are completed within deadlines and company standards
Handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Escalate urgent matters to management when necessary
Maintain professionalism and high attention to detail during all shifts

Key Requirements:

Tech-savvy and confident using computers
Proficient in basic Microsoft Excel
Fast typing skills and strong knowledge of computer shortcuts
Able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills and clear voice projection
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working under pressure and meeting deadlines
Comfortable working night shifts
Own reliable transport/car is essential

Qualifications

Matric / Grade 12 (required)
Further studies or qualifications in IT or Technology will be advantageous
