Full Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Full portfolio management of sectional title and HOA schemes
Trustee & owner relationship management
Attend and manage annual general meetings / special general meetings, and trustee meetings
Minute taking
Conduct & management rules (CSOS compliance)
Budget preparation (administrative & reserve funds)
Cash flow & levy roll reviews
Arrears management in collaboration with debt collectors
Creditor payments & financial control
Insurance renewals & risk management
Ensure compliance with Sectional Title & HOA regulations
Liaison with building managers / caretakers
Oversight and support of portfolio assistants

Requirements:

Proven experience in sectional title / HOA portfolio management
Strong understanding of property legislation & CSOS processes
Excellent communication, administration & organisational skills
Financial acumen with experience in budgets, levies & reporting
Ability to work independently and manage multiple schemes
