About the Role
As an Appointment Setter, your primary responsibility is making high-volume outbound cold calls to business decision-makers, qualifying prospects and booking meetings.
This is a phone-based role where you'll spend the majority of your day speaking with prospective clients. Qualified lead lists are provided, so you won't be responsible for lead generation, prospecting, list building or account management. Your focus is on engaging prospects, qualifying opportunities and consistently booking high-quality meetings.
Key Responsibilities
- Make high-volume outbound cold calls to business decision-makers.
- Introduce products and services professionally.
- Build rapport and generate interest.
- Qualify prospective clients.
- Book qualified appointments.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
- Learn and confidently represent different client campaigns.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly and monthly KPIs.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 months' sales experience.
- Previous outbound sales or cold-calling experience.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Neutral English accent (essential).
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to learn and receive coaching.

Salary & Benefits
- Basic Salary: R10,000 – R20,000 per month
- Uncapped commission
- On-Target Earnings (OTE): R40,000 – R50,000 per month
