Beluga Restaurant is seeking a professional, friendly, and well-presented Hostess to join our front-of-house team. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in creating a warm, welcoming, and memorable dining experience from arrival through to seating.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome guests in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating arrangements efficiently
Coordinate with management and service staff to ensure smooth guest flow and optimal table management
Respond to guest enquiries and provide accurate information regarding the restaurant, menus, and services
Maintain the reception and entrance areas to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation
Assist with guest requests and resolve minor concerns promptly and professionally
Support colleagues and assist with operational requirements where necessary to ensure exceptional guest service

Minimum Requirements

Previous experience in a Hostess, Host, Reception, or Front-of-House role within the hospitality industry will be advantageous
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a proactive and service-driven approach
Reliable transport to and from the workplace
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
