We are looking to hire a Yield Analyst to join our team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Reporting to the Revenue Management Director, you will support pricing decisions across our fleet and destinations. You will analyse sales, booking pace, utilisation, and competitor pricing, recommending and implementing pricing, discounting, and product actions to help achieve revenue and occupancy targets.
Pricing is primarily managed in Excel, supported by Power BI dashboards and Neptune (our reservations system). Over the next 12 months, we are expanding the use of AI within our revenue management workflow, using tools such as Claude, Copilot, and Python-based models to automate analysis, improve forecasting, and identify pricing opportunities more quickly. You will play a key role in this transition and act as the go-to person for pricing-related queries across Commercial, Marketing, Fleet, and MI.
