LekkeSlaap is South Africa’s leading accommodation booking app known for its user-friendliness, exceptional customer experience, and extensive local accommodation options. Owned by Tripco, a travel technology company based in Cape Town, South Africa, innovation and best-in-class service is at the core of LekkeSlaap's mission as we strive to set new standards in travel technology.

We are looking for a passionate Host Success Consultant to join our Sales team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding LekkeSlaap's geographical footprint within South Africa and Namibia. The primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with potential property partners and property management companies, by sourcing new leads per geographical area. The Host Success Consultant will work closely with the Sales team and report directly to the Sales Manager.

This role requires a persistent and persuasive individual who can effectively communicate the benefits of partnering with Tripco. If you are driven, have a solid understanding of the hospitality industry, and possess excellent communication skills, we invite you to apply!

Responsibilities

Research and identify potential property listings per assigned geographic area.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospective properties, ensuring a consistent flow of new listings.
Work collaboratively with the Sales Manager to strategise and meet listing targets.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information and feedback.
Collaborate with the Sales Manager on lead prioritisation.
Provide feedback on Market Insights tot the Sales Manager to improve strategies when needed.
Attend regular team meetings and participate in training sessions to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
Gain a good understanding of the OTA landscape within South Africa and Namibia.
Stay informed about market trends and industry practices to position LekkeSlaap effectively and assist our hosts in staying competitive.

Requirements

Experience in customer service, hospitality management, or a related consultative role.
Sales experience would be advantageous.
Strong understanding of the accommodation industry and customer relationship management.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Afrikaans and English.
Proven track record of successfully building relationships with potential clients.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations.
Confidence and tenacity to pursue leads, overcome obstacles, and convert leads.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Proficient in using various software tools, CRM systems, and Google Office Suite.
Able to work independently and collaboratively with a team player attitude.
Agile mindset in a fast-changing environment.

Salary:

Basic Salary: R14 750 / month
