You're organised, curious, and genuinely excited to learn how a busy e-commerce studio runs from the inside. You have a real interest in styling, photography, fashion or design, and you're the kind of person who likes things tidy, labelled and where they should be. You're comfortable with admin, quick to pick up new tools, and you communicate clearly and early, especially when something's missing or unclear. You stay calm when the pace picks up and the day pivots, and you pitch in wherever the studio needs a hand. Above all, you're reliable, honest, and eager to grow, with the right attitude to make the most of hands-on experience on a real shoot floor.
