We are looking for a highly organised Customer Service & Client Success Coordinator who thrives on structure, communication, and follow-through.
This is not a sales role and it is not a management role. It is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, administration, coordination, and ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Communication
- Answer incoming client calls and emails
- Provide professional and friendly customer support
- Keep clients updated on the progress of requests
- Ensure timely communication and follow-up
Ticket & Workflow Coordination
- Monitor and manage support tickets
- Allocate and escalate tickets where necessary
- Follow up on outstanding requests and actions
- Ensure client queries are resolved efficiently
- Assist consultants in maintaining service delivery standards
SLA & Time Tracking
- Monitor client support agreements and SLA balances
- Track support hours utilised versus available
- Notify consultants when clients approach their allocated limits
- Ensure accurate recording of billable and non-billable work
Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate client records
- Update CRM and support systems
- Generate reports as required
- Ensure documentation remains accurate and up to date
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Service, Administration, Helpdesk Coordination, Service Desk Support, Office Administration, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Experience with CRM, ticketing, or helpdesk systems will be advantageous
