Key Responsibilities

Client Management:
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
Act as the main point of contact for key clients, addressing their needs and ensuring client satisfaction.
Understand clients’ business objectives and marketing strategies to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
Develop and present proposals, project plans, budgets and campaign strategies.

Project Management:
Oversee the execution of client projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Coordinate with internal teams, including creative, media, and production, to deliver high-quality work.
Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

Strategy and Planning:
Lead the development of integrated marketing strategies and campaigns.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to inform campaign strategies.
Evaluate campaign effectiveness and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Team Leadership:
Encourage innovation and creative thinking within the team.

Financial Management:
Develop and manage account budgets, ensuring profitability and financial targets are met.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and vendors.
Monitor and report on account financial performance.
REQUIREMENTS

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in account management within an advertising agency.
Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns and client relationships.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business problems.
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
