We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects across the organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications while ensuring project objectives are achieved efficiently and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is a strong coordinator and problem-solver who can manage multiple moving parts, drive accountability, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Lead the end-to-end management of projects from initiation through to completion
- Coordinate internal teams, external partners, clients, suppliers, and stakeholders
- Define project scope, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and dependencies
- Facilitate project meetings, status updates, reviews, and stakeholder communications
- Track project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilisation
- Ensure project documentation is maintained accurately and consistently
- Manage change requests and ensure scope adjustments are properly assessed and approved
- Monitor project KPIs and prepare regular progress and performance reports
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations
- Support continuous improvement of project management processes and methodologies
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Management, Operations, Engineering, Information Technology, Education, or a related field
- 3–7 years' experience managing projects in a professional environment
- Demonstrated experience delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong organisational, planning, and prioritisation skills
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation abilities
- Experience using project management tools and software
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously
Advantageous
- Project Management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, CAPM, or equivalent
- Experience in technology, software development, AI, XR/AR/VR, education, training, or innovation sectors
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Familiarity with grant-funded, research, or client-funded projects

Pay: R15 000,00 - R18 000,00 per month
