Position: Construction Site Foreman
Project: Full Shopfitting, Construction & Installation
AlphaCore Projects is looking for an experienced, hardworking, and motivated Construction Site Foreman to join our growing team.
Requirements:
1. Must be 25 years of age or older.
2. Proven experience in the construction industry.
3. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team firmly but fairly.
4. Valid driver's licence.
5. Must be able to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
6. Must be willing to travel and work away from home for extended periods anywhere in South Africa.
7. Must be capable of managing, leading, and motivating a team of approximately 10 employees.
8. Good knowledge and practical experience in:
- Electrical work - Plumbing - Tiling - Painting - Carpentry - Ceiling installation - Shopfitting
9. Must be available to start immediately.
10. It will be advantageous if you can include photos of previous construction projects as proof of your experience.
Probation Period - A probation period will apply during which your workmanship, work ethic, leadership, reliability, and overall performance will be assessed before permanent employment is considered.
Salary - R15,000 – R20,000 per month. Salary will depend on the hours worked, your performance, experience, and the value you bring to the company.
