Full Job Description

The ideal candidate must be well spoken, have a persuasive attribute with good character and leadership style. Must be able to think outside the box, and come up with realistic strategies to generate sales. Must understand the importance of compliance within the insurance field. Must have previous experience within the insurance industry and be mobile or reside within close proximity to Jane Furse.

Lead, coach, motivate and supervise the sales team;
Monitor sales targets and achieve individual and team sales targets;
Assist with recruitment and training of sales agents from time to time;
Attend to client complaints and enquiries;
Create and implement sales and marketing strategies to help improve on sales generation;
Organise and conduct road shows in various surrounding areas;
Engage with organisations, SMEs, churches, unions, etc for the purpose of client recruitment;
Assist with the overall development and growth of the business’ clientele in the assigned area;
Ensure the safety and management of business equipment and logistics
Conduct promotion events at malls, centres, township areas, etc to secure sales
Assist with other ad hoc duties within the business as and when required.
