About Us
The Social Creed is a specialist influencer marketing and content production agency operating exclusively within the forex prop firm industry. We work with some of the largest and fastest-growing prop firms in the space, helping them scale through influencer marketing, affiliate partnerships, content creation, and brand-building campaigns.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations & Client Success Manager to become a key part of the business and help oversee the day-to-day execution of client campaigns.
The Role
This is a highly varied role that sits at the centre of the company. You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly, clients receive an excellent experience, influencers complete their deliverables, and internal operations remain organised and efficient.
Initially, the role will involve executing existing processes and responsibilities. Over time, we are looking for someone who can take ownership, identify opportunities for improvement, and actively contribute to raising the overall standard of the business.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, thrives on organisation, communicates exceptionally well, and takes pride in keeping multiple moving parts aligned.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for managing communication between clients, influencers, editors, and the internal team to ensure campaigns are delivered smoothly from start to finish. A key part of the position will involve maintaining strong relationships with clients, attending calls, providing updates, managing expectations, and making sure each client receives a high level of service.
You will also help manage active influencer campaigns by tracking content deliverables, following up with creators, ensuring campaign requirements are understood, and making sure deadlines are met. This will require strong organisation, consistent communication, and the ability to stay on top of several moving parts at once.
Alongside campaign management, you will support sales and business development by attending discovery calls, following up with prospective clients, assisting with onboarding, and helping new relationships move forward professionally.
You will also coordinate with editors and content teams on projects we film, helping manage timelines, content reviews, approvals, and delivery schedules. As the company grows, you will also be expected to help improve internal systems, refine processes, create better workflows, and take initiative in raising the overall standard of the business.
Requirements
Please note that we will only consider candidates who have strong experience working in operations, project coordination, client success, account management, or a similar role, and/or previous experience working within the forex, trading, broker, or prop firm space.
Candidates should have experience working on reasonably large projects, campaigns, teams, client accounts, or operational workflows. This role requires someone who is comfortable managing multiple moving parts, handling responsibility, and working in an environment where deadlines, communication, and execution matter.
Experience in the prop firm industry would be highly valuable, even if it has not been on a large scale. However, we are equally open to candidates who have strong operational experience and can demonstrate excellent organisation, communication, ownership, and problem-solving ability.
The right person should be extremely organised, proactive, confident in communication, and comfortable working independently in a remote environment. They should be able to manage multiple projects at once, follow up consistently, solve problems quickly, and communicate professionally with clients, influencers, editors, and internal team members.
Experience in client-facing roles, customer support, sales, influencer management, agency operations, or content coordination would also be beneficial.

Pay: R35 000,00 - R45 000,00 per month
