Sportsmans Warehouse - Worcester

Admin. Manager

The following Admin. Management position has become available in our Sportsmans Warehouse Worcester Store (W.Cape):

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Administration experience: 2 - 3 years’ (Retail or Cash Handling)
Staff Management experience (min. 4 - 5 staff members)
Retail Management experience (will be an advantage)
Computer literate (MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint)

· Clear Credit- and Criminal Record

Key Duties:

Stock & Cash Management
Administration
Service Excellence
Staff Management
Profit Minded
Protection of Company Assets
Staff Training and Development
Store Standards

Key Competencies and Attributes:

Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)
Analytical Ability (Problem solving)

Speed to Execute

In addition, you will need high energy levels together with a passion for customer service.
