We're looking for a Global Billing Analyst to join our team and play a critical role in ensuring our revenue is accurate, our clients are supported, and our business continues to grow with confidence.

What You'll Be Doing
Own the Billing Process
You'll manage the end-to-end billing cycle across our consulting and product offerings, ensuring invoices are accurate, timely, and aligned to client contracts.
- Managing billing for consulting services, software licenses, subscriptions, and reimbursable expenses.
- Ensuring all revenue is billed accurately and within required monthly cycles.
- Reconciling billing against contracts, purchase orders, statements of work, and project deliverables.
- Maintaining subscription and renewal billing data.
- Issuing invoices in line with contractual and client requirements.
- Supporting revenue accruals and month-end financial processes.
Drive Healthy Cash Flow
You'll take ownership of accounts receivable activities and help ensure outstanding invoices are collected on time.
You'll be responsible for:
- Managing a global accounts receivable portfolio.
- Following up on overdue accounts and resolving payment delays.
- Investigating and resolving billing disputes and customer queries.
- Partnering with client-facing teams to maintain strong customer relationships.
- Processing customer payments and supporting reconciliation activities.
- Applying best-practice collections processes and controls.

- Identify and escalate system or process issues impacting billing and collections.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve billing-related challenges.

- Contribute to ongoing Shared Services and Finance transformation initiatives.
Build Strong Relationships

- Partner closely with Finance, Consulting, Operations, and Client Leaders.
- Build trusted relationships with clients through professional and solution-focused communication.
- Act as a collaborative and reliable business partner.
- Support special projects and business initiatives as needed.
What We're Looking For
Essential Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in billing, accounts receivable, collections, or a customer-facing finance role.
- Experience managing invoicing and collections in a consulting, professional services, software, SaaS, or subscription-based environment.
- Solid understanding of accounts receivable, billing, and revenue management principles.
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP systems.
- Experience using Professional Services Automation (PSA) platforms.
- Knowledge of consulting and professional services billing models, including:
- Time & Expenses
- Fixed Fee
- Milestone Billing
- Not-to-Exceed Contracts
- Multi-currency billing and collections experience.
- Exposure to contract management and commercial terms within consulting or software businesses.
