Operations and Admin Assistant
Our transport company is seeking to employ a professional and well-organized Operations and Admin Assistant to support the daily functioning of our business.
Responsibilities are but not limited to,
- Provide administrative support to the operations and finance teams.
- Assist with driver documentation, load paperwork, and general office administration.
- Prepare and issue statements, and invoices accurately and on time.
- Maintain filing systems, records, and essential business documents.
- Assist with communication between internal departments, clients, and suppliers.
- Perform any other reasonable duties related to operations and administration.
Minimum requirements
- Previous experience in administration, operations, or transport/logistics will be advantageous.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and email.
- Must be accurate, reliable, and detail-oriented.
- Able to prepare statements, invoices and handle routine administrative tasks professionally.
Remuneration
- Salary dependent on experiance
Working hours
- Flexible working hours.
- Must be willing to work any hours required as per operational requirements
- Weekend work may be required when necessary.
