Support system development by taking care of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor + manage incoming orders
Reconcile + Invoice production tickets
Create + maintain inventory codes
Create + maintain bill of material
Assist administration of manufacturing incentive system
Support system development

Skills and Requirements:

Strong numerical accuracy and analytical ability
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks independently
Clear communication and documentation skills

Minimum Requirements:

Tertiary diploma
Advanced Excel skills
Finance or ERP System experience advantageous
Microsoft Power BI skills advantageous
