REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 (Matric Certificate).
- Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in Project Management, Business Management, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM, or equivalent) will be an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years' experience in project management or project coordination.
- Experience within the manufacturing, food production, FMCG, or agricultural sector will be an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk management.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and project management software.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage changing priorities.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel when required.
- High level of professionalism, accountability, and attention to detail.
RESPONSIBILITY
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee company projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Monitor project progress and ensure objectives are achieved on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with internal departments, suppliers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Prepare project reports and present updates to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Support business growth initiatives, operational improvements, and expansion projects.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency across project activities.
Pay: R20 000,00 - R25 000,00 per month
