Full Job Description

QC Inspector

We are seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring products meet quality standards by conducting inspections, reviewing supplier documentation, coordinating testing, investigating quality issues, and supporting supplier audits and corrective actions.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect and approve supplier product samples and batch submissions.
Verify compliance with specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
Review Certificates of Conformance (COCs) and supporting test documentation.
Conduct supplier audits and witness manufacturing inspections.
Investigate customer complaints, defects, and non-conformances.
Maintain accurate quality records, reports, and inspection documentation.
Support root-cause analysis and corrective action processes.

Minimum Requirements

3–5 years' experience in Quality Control, Quality Inspection, Supplier Quality, or a manufacturing environment.
Experience inspecting products against specifications, drawings, or quality standards.
Knowledge of non-conformance reporting (NCRs), corrective actions, and quality documentation.
Ability to use measuring equipment, gauges, and inspection tools.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Advantageous

Experience in plastics, injection moulding, manufacturing, engineering, or industrial products.
Supplier audit and ISO 9001 exposure.
Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection, or ISO-related training.
