B2B Sales Representative – Telecommunications & Technical Solutions

Telecoms & IT: Telephone Systems & WiFi Solutions
Office Automation: Printers & Copiers
Security & Infrastructure: CCTV Systems
Sustainability & Utilities: Solar Solutions & Borehole Systems
Key Responsibilities
Business Development: Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities.
Pipeline Management: Generate leads, build pipelines, and maintain strong client relationships.
Consultative Selling: Conduct client meetings, site visits, and product demonstrations to present suitable solutions.
Deal Closing: Prepare quotations, follow up on proposals, and close deals.
Target Driven: Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent after-sales relationships.
Minimum Requirements
Experience: At least 2 years of proven B2B sales experience (specifically within telecommunications or technical solution environments).
Track Record: Demonstrated sales history of meeting or exceeding targets.
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
Attributes: Self-motivated, resilient, and highly target-driven.
Mobility: Own reliable vehicle is essential.
Location: Must reside in either Cape Town or Durban.
Package & Benefits
Basic Salary: R5,000 – R200000 pm (Dependent on experience)
Commission: Highly lucrative, uncapped commission structure
Incentives: Performance-based rewards
Travel: Petrol allowance available (upon meeting targets)
